1- Skin anatomy, pathology, aging.

One of oldest science in world of holistic medicine is Ayurveda. Ancient and traditional medical science that originated during the Vedic civilization of India around 5,000 years ago.

The embryogenesis, anatomy, and physiology, as well as the cause of various skin disorders, are described in Ayurvedic texts with great precision. Ayurveda considers the skin as a mirror of one’s physiology. Hence the skin reflects the inner health or disorder.

Ayurveda classifies skin into seven distinct layers. Specific details are given such as the thickness of each skin layer, its function, and possible vulnerability of diseases at that layer. It is astonishing to know that Ayurveda could describe the anatomical structure of skin thousands of years ago when modern sophisticated instruments and equipment were not available.

Traditional ayurvedic requirements for categorizing a product as “anti-aging” are much more stringent and comprehensive than the conventional understanding of the term in the cosmetics industry. According to The Ayurveda the remarkable efficacy of this cream stems from the meticulous adherence to the techniques and formulas from the ancient ayurvedic tradition. The traditional knowledge behind the Youthful Skin Cream formulas is the key to its success.

People who use the Youthful Skin Care formulas and specific daily routines on a regular basis have reported some phenomenal results, with wrinkles melting away and skin regaining its youthful moisture content in a very short time. Independent research has also shown that these results are real, and can be measured in a quantifiable way.

2- Basic holistic facial.

Holistic facials are a unique combination of holistic skin care, energy healing techniques, chakra balancing, aromatherapy, and natural products and oils. We have excluded the use of toxic chemicals and use only products that are made with pure, high quality, effective, plant essences and organic ingredients. Our facials are designed to not only give you radiant, glowing skin, but will also help to relieve stress, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the whole body.

A basic Holistic Facial contains the same principles as a regular Facial in that a routine of cleansing, toning, exfoliating, and the application of a facial mask and moisturising is followed. Yet it takes a holistic approach concentrating on the person as a whole and not just what skin type that person has.

9- Ayurvedic body anatomy

What is a human body? This may seem a facetious question, but the answer will be very different according to which medical tradition you consult. Take Ayurveda, a traditional system of medical knowledge from India which has enjoyed a renaissance of popularity in the West since the 1980s

The Ayurvedic body differs significantly from that of European biomedicine, which is based on dissection. The Ayurvedic body is a body of systems. It is conceptualised as being composed of five constituent parts (mahābūta), seven body substances (dhātu) 72000 saddle channels (Nadi) and 16 major channels (Vaha shrotas) and three regulating qualities (doṣa). According to Ayurvedic theory, by attending to imbalances between these principles in a body, health might be promoted and illness avoided. The Ayurvedic concepts of the doṣas – vata, pitta and kapha can be seen in the West today promoting teas, soaps and massages.

10- Slim and lift facial

SLIM & LIFT FACE

Slimming and Lifting Dual Facial Treatment

ALTERNATIVE TO INVASIVE SURGERY

SLIM-FACE-LIFT treatment has been developed for women and men wishing to effectively fight against the signs of facial aging, without resorting to an intensive and invasive surgical treatment, but preferring a natural result.

So here is a specially adapted technique for treating fatty volumes migrating at the bottom of the face, sagging skin on the cheeks and double chin.

The objective is to treat the drooping and sagging of various face areas by repositioning the volumes. The treated regions are: cheekbones, cheeks, oval of the face.

PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT

The skin care method was inspired by two well-known techniques in aesthetic anti-aging medicine:

  • Liposuction, through the technique of tissue aspiration by suction cups, associated with “molecular modeling”, a real trap against two harmful polyamines, while facilitating the face oval and neck reshaping.
  • Lifting by focal adhesion, inspired by “Aesthetic surgery of the wires and hooks”, in order to obtain a better hold of the elastic fibers in the skin.

11- Anti cellulite, forming and sliming body treatments

Talasotherapy is one of Complementary therapies are used alongside or in addition to conventional medication. Alternative therapies are applied instead of conventional medicine.

Many people use complementary treatments to boost their immune system, improve physical, emotional health, or simply for cutting off stress. Sometimes doctors also prescribe them to ease pain or reduce side effects of certain chemical medications, such as cancer treatments.

Complementary therapies are considered holistic as they treat the whole person and not just the symptoms. They are often based on traditional healing methods, which, perhaps, is one of the reasons why there is not much scientific proof of their effectiveness, yet.

The efficiency of Thalasso cures mainly depends on their intensity and the length of the treatments. Once we have decided to start a treatment series it should be an intensive one. For example:

In case of 6 weeks in a Day Spa, 3-4 treatment per week are recommended

In case of 1 week at a Resort Spa, 3-4 treatments per day are recommended

We have good news as well for those, who would like to have the blessing benefits of thalassotherapy in beauty parlors, as the famous thalassotherapy brands are already available in beauty shops, too. Even though you will already see and feel the results after only one treatment we suggest getting a minimum of 2-3 therapies for long-term benefits.

12- Making body care cosmetics

Learning how to formulate organic skincare with plants, flowers and herbs is an amazing, empowering skill that anyone can learn, and providing a mini formulation course is a great way of supporting you.

July 12.2020

13- Body chakra system and marma therapy

Literally speaking, the word “chakra” from Sanskrit translates to “wheel” or “disk,” but references a spiritual energy center within the human body, of which there are seven along the spine, and through the neck and the crown of your head.

Within these chakras is ‘prana,’ or the ultimate pure healing energy, that’s all around us and within us, to keep us healthy, happy and vibrant.

Learn how you can manage energy flow in your chakras and 72000 channels (Nadi)

14- Microcurrent facial

True Microcurrent™ facial lifting and toning treatments are cumulative. This ultimately means it is recommended you follow series of treatments (usually 6-12) once per week then a monthly maintenance treatment after series is completed. We’ve discussed in the past (in our article questioning if microcurrent technology is making Botox obsolete) that microcurrent facials are like exercise for your face. Just as you would go to a gym to exercise, microcurrent is doing the same thing for the muscles of the face. Each treatment builds upon the last so results may not always be instant but will create a natural, radiant glow of the skin.

Benefits of True Microcurrent™ are:

  • Diminished appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Improved muscle tone in face and neck
  • Improved circulation
  • Cleared up or reduced acne
  • Lift of jowls and eyebrows
  • Sun Damage Treatment
  • Skin Pigmentation improvement
  • Product Penetration
  • Smoother, firmer skin
  • Hydrated and revitalized skin
  • Improved elasticity
  • Increase in natural collagen production
  • Increase in natural elastin production
  • Increase in ATP

True Microcurernt™ also refers to the technology only using microamps and no other type of current. Nano- and Pico- currents are too small of a current for the body to recognize and milliamps or faradic are too powerful of a current for the delicate facial muscles. Microamp is the smallest current the body recognizes. Used with True™ Microcurrent devices, this is also the only current that will re-educate muscles. Because it works to mimic the body’s own electrical current, this is the ideal condition for re-educating the muscles in an effective and safe way.

19-  Phyto-hormonal therapy facial

Facial treatment for women in menopause  or for clients who suffer from hormonal dependent acne we can provide treatment with phyto hormones from the plant.

The lack of estrogen (female hormone) after menopause is the main cause of lowering the skin collagen resulting in sagging skin. To prevent this we use a combination of herbs, exotic fruits and vegetable oils with natural estrogen to keep the secretion of collagen in the skin stable and active. This prevents loosening of the skin while at the same time it remains smooth and elastic.
